He used to be the head of Dermatology at the Hôpital Cantonale de Geneve and now has a private practice. If he doesn't cover nails I am sure he could recommend someone who might.

To be honest Olga, your normal doctor should be able to cope with that, mine certainly did when I had the same problm and sorted it all out very quickly.

Another option is a walk in consultation at HUG (Hopitâl Uni.Geneva) you can see someone on the spot and don't need to make an appointment or register, I did that when I first arrived in Geneva.
