My current Regie is Rosset.
I am obliged to find a new tenant who can take over the lease directly from the Regie.
If I want to propose a person to the regie, do you know what documents the candidates have to give me during the apartment's visit that I need to pass over to the regie?

Yes, your Régie should tell you what documentation is required – and normally it is the last three salary payment slips that are required.
