gymnastics halls

Could anyone advise on a gymnastics hall open to the adult public in Geneva. I'm not talking about a "gym," but about a place where one could come and practice flips, Parkour tricks and things like that. So far I found only a couple of such places but they're only open to school kids. Thanks in advance!

maybe contact the schools directly to see if they are willing to rent gym time to individuals or groups?

Otherwise, just go ahead and pay for gym-time in any one of the numerous school gyms.  Most of plenty of your needed equipment.

I looked at the article fairly quickly and it seems reasonably priced too.

Thanks Frolian. The second link seems to be for NGOs and such; the first I had aleady seen, however your idea of calling the schools up a seeing whether one can negotiate directly with them might be the best bet in the absence of another solution.

Hi Diala,

I coach a cheerleading team at Bois des Frères gymnastics centre on Wednesday nights and Saturday afternoons. There tend to be a few people using the gym for their own personal practise too, I think you need to talk to the gym directly and create a personal contract with them.

Unfortunately it is not as easy as in Australia. I used to go to open gymnastics sessions for adults at night with all my fellow coaches, pay on entry. I have not found that here.

God luck!

I should mentioned though that they are probably closed for the summer, and will reopen in September...
