As per my experience, the shop called SATORIZ in Ferney-Voltaire is the best. Try !

There are health food shops all over the city. Two of the best are in rue Cornavin and rue des Eaux-Vives.
However, the prices in health food shops in France are much cheaper and worth the journey time.
Also, if you have folk visiting from the UK, ask them to bring your favourite brands.

I recommend "La Vie Claire" in Veigy-Foncenex ( http://www.lvcveigy.fr/ ) in France (very close to the swiss border) : nice and competent people!

I buy all my health products (no fresh produce though apart from some bread and bakery items) at Le Marché de la Vie, Rue des Eaux-Vives 25, Tel. 079 102 31 33 which I can strongly recommend, depending on where you live. Good luck!
