Hi buddy, this matter is actually ruled by a regulation (lol what's not here?). You must tow or have your wreck towed to one of the official car demolition places in Peney (look up "demolition automobile" in phone directory). Professional towing will cost you dearly (ca 300CHF minimum). Moreover you will have to pay the demolition centre for the recycling of the wreck (ca 100 CHF I heard). They actually remove all recyclable/toxic matters from the wreck before crushing it.
Best is to buy a rope and a beer to a friend and have him tow your car to Peney....
'hope this helps

What I did, to avoid the extra cost is to sell/give it to someone who would take it for parts or export. You will see many ads in GHI from people that are into this.
But be patient, most of them were very picky about the brand, model, year, etc. I finally found a guy who "bought" it for 100.-...best offer I could find.
Good luck!

Cheers!
For anyone who needs to wreck a car: I just spoke to crac fonti. They told me it is free of charge to wreck and it costs around 150CHF to tow the car.

Some times when buying a new car, they will take your old car, in any condition.
Similiar for for mobile phone abonnements.
But for a car, it is still rare, and they will probably work it back into the price.
