It depends on what kind of support you need. I have been using SITEX (a Swiss company) for the last 6 years to support my now ex-wife at home. They are able to undertake formal medical treatments under a prescription from a doctor.
They are very reliable but of course expensive. My insurance covered most of it but can still add up.
You can ask any swiss doctor to contact them to help. Another advantage is that many of them speak English.
