I am looking for a partner to open my new boxing (English Boxing) and self-defense (Systema, Combat 56, Street Fight) club in Geneva, also including shop with martial arts (shop.genevaboxing.ch). I have already a space to rent and want to divide the costs by 2.

Perfectly someone who does a different martial art, like Karate, MMA, Judo, etc. You can also add some items to the shop. 

The space I want to rent, has 2 medium size rooms, plus shower with toilet, situated in the center of Geneva (Plainpalais).
