looking for endocrinologist for Hashimoto's hypothyroidism

Hello,


If anyone knows of a really good endocrinologist, please let me know. I'm not very satisfied with the care offered by the doc I have right now. Not sure if this is related to her competence or if this is all about insurance, but feeling a little frustrated. I think my situation warrants a 6 monthly check up but she will only agree to a yearly blood test. Meanwhile the situation goes from being a case of hypothyroid to becoming hyperthyroid. Sigh. I think I need a better doc.

Hi Merve, thank you so much for the 2 names. Have just googled them both. Lots of good reviews for the first one, though in his capacity as a neurologist. I suppose you consulted him for thyroid issues because he is also listed as an endocrinologist. Thanks again.

Dr Patrick Meyer comes highly recommended - prob the best in Geneva.

Hello, I have never seen a specialist for Hashimoto's but started seeing an endocrinologist at "La Tour" (Dr. s. Malacarne) for type 2 diabetes earlier this year,
