hi i had accident at my work 4 months back and i was on medical leave for 20 days . nd still i hd pain and i went to a doctor and its conformed from medical tests my soft tisuue bone is damaged . and doctor adviced me to work 50percent work from dec can any one tell me i will be paid 50 percent or 100 percent . kindly waiting for reply

I think you would need to post your employment contract in full for anything other than a guess :)
But guessing since it was an accident and not illness and it was at work, assuming you work more than 8 hours per week then it should be fully covered by your work provided accident insurance. Both the medical care and the time off.
Unless you have some contract that says otherwise, it should be 100% pay, even for zero work during the off work period caused by the accident.
