I had no problem so far, but for me is weird that Swiss (or at least in my buliding) parcel post are always open (i.e. you cannot lock them with a key). So e.g. if you buy let's say, new IPAD, and it will be not delivered "per signature", everyone can take it.

I once got an online notification that a parcel was delivered but actually it only arrived the next day.

Thanks, Kris R. It took me some time to get used to the idea of "open" letter box... but so far there were no problems. I was just wondering what to do if, say, someone else just took it. File a theft report to the police? Would my "I didn't recieve it" count as evidence? Unusual situation, that is.
