mobility carsharing

Does anyone know if I can sign up for mobility carsharing with my UK licence or do I need to convert it?

Or

Is my UK licence the foreign equivalent to a Swiss Class B driver's licence and valid in Switzerland.

Thanks Russ

Hello Russ

I think you should check this out with the Bureau des Automobiles. I suppose if you have an international license it should be ok.

Why not contacting mobility directly at : [email protected].

For info I used their services for a short while this summer, except the fact the cars are small and not very powerful it's good. Do not forget to check the conditions of the car each time your rent it to avoid the possible 'problems' to be charged to you.

Russ,

Sent my reply a bit too fast. What I mentioned re the cars is for the economy class. They have more powerful cars but found them a bit expensive for week-ends and long trips.

cheers

I used my Canadian license and there was no problem, although since then I have also got a Swiss license.
