We bought a newly-built apartment in Lancy, Geneva. Will have a first inspection appointment in a few days and then the official key handover within the coming month. Anyone got some ideas on what we should be "inspecting"? Any pointer would be very much appreciated.

The list is endless :
Do all doors inside and out have keys?
Do the windows open and close properly?
Does the water run properly in the bathroom[s]?
Do the loos flush properly?
Do the cupboard doors hang/close properly?
Does the oven work?
Do the hot plates function correctly?
I could go on, and on, and on............
