If its just you and as you speak frnech the best start would be the official Small Business Portal:
https://www.kmuadmin.ch/kmucms/navigation/InfoCenter/99_index_html_fr
From there you can find all sorts of resources, including an online notary service where the price appears to be only 800 chf :
http://www.netnotar.ch/default_f.aspx
I wish id known it before I shelled out the standard 2500 !!!
Good Luck

Note also that set up expenses can be capitalised and depreciated, unlike in the UK, and if you are going to make a loss in the first year, you can cary it forward to offset against profits in the future and thus reduce the tax bill in later years.
If your turnover is going to be above 75,000 then you need to regfister for VAT and you will need to prepare quarterly accounts.
Email me if you more help or details.
