oven/cooker electricity plug
hi

i want to buy a cooker for the kitchen but i saw that the plug is different than the usual one with 3 pin. it has 4 pins (see the pic)

can someone explain to me what is it about and what can i do if i don't have such socket in my kitchen

This is a plug for 380 Volts appliances, instead of 230 Volts for the normal ones. Usually, it requires an electrician to install the corresponding wall socket if it doesn't exist yet in the apartment, as the wall socket requires a direct connection to the main electrical distribution board, to the best of my knowledge.
