I'm interested in joining a prenatal yoga class. Anyone have recommendations, or what to expect as far as cost goes? Thanks!

I did my preparation with 100% YOGA near Stand (or Cirque) tram stop. Small studio, stunning teacher with very preventive technique from Dr deGasquet. Just loved it and soo helpful.

Hello !
I strongly recommand you Yogaveda (http://en.yogaveda.ch/). Nadia (the Yoga teacher) is a real midwife too and she his really nice. Maybe i'll try the postnatal Yoga too.
