Wondering if anyone can help me understand whether it is better or not to declare roommates to the Regie, and if so, how to do it while minimizing the risk of the Regie refusing roomates.

Have a large apartment that I no longer need but cant seem to find replacement tenanats, so I am thinking to sublease rooms to people who need the rooms.

What do I need to do?
