my "bail" duration is one year, endind the 30th September. It is clearly explained on the contract that after this term, it is automatically renewed for an undetermined period until one of the two parties sends a "lettre de resiliation" with a 3-months notice.

My question is: can I be sure that I can stay in my apartment after the 30th September even if I haven't received any official communication from the Regie stating the renewal of the contract?
