Hello,


Please, would someone know how to do tax if I have income from renting an appartement in France? I have renovated it, could I deduct it all? Has anyone done it on theirown? Or do I need to pay accountant? Thank you very much for your time and answers.

You do not actually say where you are resident : in France or in Switzerland.


You may live in France and have a rental property there, or live in CH and ditto.


Please could you clarify so that we could help you?

Yes, iEmbarassed am working and living in France where is also the rental property.
