We are leaving our apartment for greener pastures, and there are a few things we need to attend to including a few bits in the fridge that are broken. (Plastic bottle shelf and the like). The cost to replace is exoribtaint and probably will be the same as the price for a new fridge, but I digress.

I am assuming we need to do this and that our assurance menage would cover some of the costs. Am I wrong?
