Hi,

I am going thru a job crisis for sometime now. Not feeling happy about what I am doing.  I've always had the curiosity about working in a restaurant, but I have no formal training in cooking. I would love to have the opportunity to work as a kitchen helper. I would be available for doing part-time, non-remunerated for a couple of weeks,  to get a sense on how it is like. In exchange for my maximum commitement, I would like to find someone who is willing and patient to spend some effort to give me the necessary on the job trainning from the most basic to the most complex I am capable of, in such a short time experiment.

I speak french, english, portuguese and spanish. I also consider myself a creative person, with a high sense of aesthetics.

Even just having the opportunity to observe for a few days, would be greatly appreciated.
