Where can a teenager get singing/voice lessons (after-school activity, just for hobbies)? I used to do this back home, but now I couldn't find any...

my partner is a voice faculty member at a U in the US, (studied at Oberlin and Eastman)--here once a month and during Univ breaks (summers, spring breaks, Winter holidays, etc).
