So much depends on your specific needs. How much talk time on the mobile per month? How many SMSs (text messages) do you send each month? Do you need a medium fast or very fast Internet connection etc.? Do you talk a lot on your home phone and so on? Do you even need a home/fixed phone? If you do not go for a home phone, you will need to look at the cable option for the Internet. What TV cable service are you using? They would be the place to start looking for the Internet connection.
From a convenience perspective an "all in one" package is great. If you are looking to spend less, you might be better to shop around and get exactly what you want/need on each of the home/mobile/Internet.
If you have a contract with other providers, be careful of the contract terms and when you can cancel. Check as well how much it will cost to cancel the service.
One place to look is the Comparis website under the communications section. You can play around and see what they suggest. They have the website in English as well if you are less comfortable in French.
The FRC (Consumer's association) had Comparis do a study of mobile phone plans this month. Here is the link (copy and paste).

Click on the line "tableaux comparatifs ... " to see the examples that they used.
In any event, do not sign a contract for more than 12 months. If you situation changes at least you are not stuck for longer than a year.
