Hello,
I know that legally in swiss you need to get married at the registers office.
Does anyone know if there are any good English speaking people who can then conduct a "symbolic" blessing in one of the gardens around Geneva?
We are thinking of attending the registers office in the morning with just 2 witnesses and then staging a ceremony in parc des eaux vives afterwards with all our family and friends.(about 50 people) Is this allowed?
Cheers and thanks for your input

I'm in just the same situation and want to do exactly that! I'm currently looking at options for both me(and my fiancé) and friends of ours who are getting Pacs'ed as well. I'll keep you posted on what I find out - Can you let me know if you find out anything? Especially an English speaking person who can do an non-religious "blessing" of some sort.Thank you!
