I'm not knowing the exact place to buy an unlocked phone in Geneva. But, i know some of the online sites like ebay.com or Amazon.com etc.. sell the unlocked phones . In my experience, unlocked phones are too expensive. Better, you can buy a locked phone and unlock it from any of th eonline service providers like Mobileunlocksolutions.com to unlock it . Because, the unlocking cost and locked phone's price is low when compared to unlocked phones.

Decathlon in Annemasse if you want a cheap, basic, tough, waterproof phone. Otherwise I've seen unlocked phones in Mediamarkt.
