wood working?

Would anyone happen to know where I could find a course of woodworking or carpentry? It doesnt matter if it's in English or French.

Thanks

Hi,

Don't know what is your "woodworker background", and if you're looking for some tips or for more extended knowlegde ... but for a start:

These guys may be able to help you (?), but I think it's more for professional people than for amateurs:

http://www.acm-bois.ch/formation/

In France, Lerloy-Merlin is offering some basic formations on general DIY stuff, not especially wood. Will have to click somewhere right on the screen on "cours de bricolage".

Anyone would appreciate their highly feminist approach: Je "bricole sans mon homme" Tongue out

If you find something interesting (not basic), just let me know, I'm interested too.

Ha Ha! Thank you for that!I really wouldn't mind doing a DIY course-my husband is completely useless!

I think that Ecole Migros do some as well, I'm going down to ask and I'm going to Carouge to ask around as well.Ill let you know if anything interesting comes up!
