Hey all!
I'm looking for a holiday present for my boyfriend... we're both Americans, and he's from the south. Does anyone know, is there a good place to get excellent quality (i.e., well-raised) American-style bacon in Lausanne?

give globus a try...good chance they'll have it. hope you still have time to find it. However if you are looking for "taylor ham" style or "canadian style" bacon...normal bacon for the brits...then i've yet to find a place in switzerland...gotta trek to france for it and I always pick some up when i head out that way.

I've found one quite good at Aldi (morges or Crissier) and Aligros (Chavannes)
