Basketball in Lausanne

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Lausanne (just got here a couple of days ago actually) and was wondering if anyone here plays basketball or knows of where I could play, either on a team or just for fun.

I saw there was an old post but it seems to have lost a bit of momentum.

Would appreciate any help!

Hi, I'm also interested in that. I haven't played seriously in many many years, and I want to start again for fun, once a week possibly around 9pm but I really don't know where to start looking for that!

Monday nights 20-22 for a club called LVPB

Its at a sports hall called st roch, near the Riponne.

Directions from Riponne (pretty easy)

hello there,

just joined glocals today, arrived in Switzerland last April, im currently studying french because i have zero french background, and i was wondering if you guys still play basketball?

played basketball all my life but when i arrived here i couldnt find any games, most probably because i cant talk to anyone french. ha ha

so any active basketball groups i can maybe join in?

I am ready to play! Lets set something up...
