Blonay for 3 weeks

Hello All,

I'm currently working as an Au Pair in Blonay, and am looking for things to do around here with the kids or myself after I finish for the afternoon. I have access to a car most days, so driving isn't an issue.

If anybody has any tips of things to do with 10 year old kids around Blonay, or something for me to do after work, I'd love to hear from you!

In the Montreux festival there are music workshops, but I don't know if there is anything for children.

In any case is nice to check, even for yourself

there  is the toy museum in la tour de peilz, and the alimentarium as well. there is a statue of charlie chaplin in vevey on the quay. this is all just below blonay. and one of the world's famous writers, james clavell, lived there. ( shogun, to sir with love, etc etc.)

last night there was a free beatles tribute band concert in villeneuve. there will be another blues band concert on friday and sunday evening on the quay in villeneuve.
