Check out the local bike shops. I know One More Tandem (www.onemoretandem.ch) were running some group rides on a Thurs night - but I am not sure if they have stopped. Also The Bike have some evening group rides. I think the main clubs will be part of the Pully or Lutry Triathlon club.
Lots of informative threads on cycling in the area on the Englishforum (www.englishforum.ch). Check for post by ChrisW as he is a local cyclist.
