Dr Perrenoud has good English and is really professional and thorough.
I rang/emailed a bunch of dermatologists in Lausanne before I came across Dr Perrenoud.
My personal experience was that many of the other dermatologists only seemed to cater for those looking for plastic surgery.
I simply wanted to get a mole checked out.
As they couldn`t hear the rumble of my roubles, many of them didn`t even bother to return my calls/emails.
At the time I was looking a few months back, many dermatologists had a 2 month wait (including the Dept of Dermatology at CHUV).
If your case is extremely urgent, CHUV Urgences is your best bet.

Today is difficult to find a good dermatologist, because all of them make money with laser therapy like Dr perrenoud, he works for : http://www.lasera.ch/
It is more lucrative
