I love Asian food, that my "specialty" but I'm still an amateur. I live in Lausanne city centre and I would be willing to offer my place as the cooking and gathering point.

I love asian food as well especially Thai food, but being Italian I can manage Italian food as well.

There are a few cooking groups in Glocals but indeed most of them in the Geneva area. Alhtough epicure is always willing to drive many kilometers from Vevey when it comes to sharing a good meal!

So happy to read about this planned group. I am not the great cook, but back home we also had a dinner group to enjoy cooking and dining together, so I would be more than happy if we get this project started and get on to cook soon :-) I can cook some french dishes and well of course german food, but I also love to discover anything new!!

Love to cook even though I'm definitely an amateur!

I don't really have a speciality and tend to branch out to all styles of cooking but I suppose the british / Irish dishes are something I could bring to the group!

I could always show you how to make some nice Lebanese mezzés (i.e. starters like hommos and stuff)!

This is a group for people who love cooking and the wonderful timeless leisure of the dinner table. Supper Club can follow one of the following formats:

Simply love to cook?
Host Cook event: A member will propose and cook for a supper event.

Thrive in the vibe of crowded kitchens?
Cooking Party event: A member will propose to host / organize a cooking party where all guests contribute with food and/or participate in the cooking process.

Fancy yourself a master cook?
Cooking Class event: A member will host and deliver / organize a cooking class followed by dinner.

In all cases the following should be specified:

- Date, time and location

- Maximum number of guests

- Estimated dinner contribution (exact value to be confirmed once food and wine have been bought)

- Detail of what will be served (this could be a “surprise”!)

perhaps you may want to add that the person(s) doing the preparation of the meal, will not do the washing up. that will be the job of the others. the host will have their kitchen cleaned and dishes washed by the other participants.

I didn't realize how soon is Xmas...and usually everybody is busy with something. I'll be away from 19th til 26, so there is no much time left. But, let's see if we can at least meet with the people who were interested in cooking.
