Hi Mira,
Your best bet would be to go to Vidy Med (in Vidy/Ouchy/Lausanne Sud entrance to the autoroute). Ask at the reception if the on call doctor(s) who are working in the clinic that day speak English. Most of the genralist doctors that work from Vidy Med take time in the clinic. If you like the person and want to continue with them, you can ask them if they are taking any new patients.
Be sure to bring your insurance card with you.
