Hey Glocals
just wanted to say hi to everyone and say that i'm here in Lausanne, arrived yesterday from Florence.
I'm still processing it all...its my first move alone and even if i've lived in Geneve some time ago, it feels weird to be here without my family, but at the same time nice. I have some friends here but that doesn't mean i can't meet up with some cool glocalers once in a while right?!?!...can't wait to make new friends.
I already signed up to some Glocal Groups....if you have any suggestions...me wants to hear them ;)
I like to dance to almost all kinds of music (especially Salsa), have happyhour chats, walk around the city and of course...eat good food! Oh and i Love movie nights.
Well...cant think of anything else to say for now...better get back to unpacking and reorganising my stuff.

My initial arrival to CH was emotionally very difficult. The first 48hrs in particular. I had visited twice before but having my own apartment and no plane ticket home totally changed the game. Hang in there.... This is a supportive group.

Exactly... i also visited before moving, three times...so the city doesnt feel like a menace to be faced, i've explored quite a bit of it and liked it too. Just need to squeeze in the routine and everything will be fine i guess.

well i was thinking about joining you the 13th but i'm not sure how the Italianissimo's Dinner is going to be like and how long it will last. Didnt want to say Yes and then butt out at the last minute...not nice :)
