Finding a Veternarian in Lausanne/ Morges Area

I have a 5 month old French Bulldog and I am bringing him over from the Netherlands to come live with me in the Lausanne/Morges area and I was wondering if anyone had a vet that they trusted or perhaps a vet that specialized in bulldogs. I have no idea where to start. I was informed (via internet research) that you need to register your dog within 10 days of arrival into the area, however, I do not know where- can this be done with a vet as well? Thank you in advance for your advice and help.
