The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each person has her own bathroom), 1 toilet, big living room, dining room, furbished kitchen, a big cellar and a huge balcony with an incredible view on the lake. Surface is approx. 130 m2.
No pets allowed.
Bus lines 9 and 12 just outside the door. 10 minutes walking from Georgette and Ours metro station.
The rent is 1450 CHF each and there is a possibility to rent a parking place for 150 CHF/month.
I am looking for a girl, possibly a professional, non smoker.
