I would say : Ecole-Club Migros or Institut Richelieu!!

There are a couple of them around....


Try Ecole Club Migros with few weeks of classes they offer variety of courses on everything....


There is a school at St Francois as well called agora which is good.


If you are willing to go for costlier ones there are a lot available Wessex or ESL etc.

I have heard that many don't like Migros...?


I have taking some lessons at Agora, it is good but the classes is to big and not so much focus on speaking at all. I need smaller class.

There is also Swiss French School! But don't know it personally...I have just heard about it...A toi de voir!

I guess it depends on the teacher. I had a good experience with my teacher.. I think they give 1 class free as well so you can join see if you like it and then decide...


there are few afternoon courses for women also by Canton of vaud you might want to check them as well. Let me know if you need more detials.

I'm currently taking classes in Agora and I have to say that I'm pretty glad so far. My group, beginner level, is around 6-7 people. The teacher really cares and rates are reasonable (360CHF for two sessions per week, 1h30min each session):
