Good real estate agency wanted to rent apartments?

Dear all,

I would love to get some tips, contacts of real estate agencies or independent agents, who is really helpful for efficient apartment search in Lausanne/ Pully...

www.homegate.ch doesn't help so far. I'm sure nothing is impossible and the right things coming in the right time :) You would really help with your advice.

Thanks for your feed-back!

You should follow Anibis.ch very very regularly (refresh it) and call directly when a new interesting offer comes, to get in the first visit. Many people also give their file before even visiting the flat.

Immostreet has several flats as well, homegate is usually outdated, if you see one there, chances are high it's already been attribuated.

It's pretty hard to get a flat in Lausanne center at the moment. If you're picky it can take easily 6 months and more. I just got one near Parc of Milan and was pretty lucky there, I've been searching for less than a month, but quite actively and I activated my social network.

In your file that you will hand to the agency, you can add a motivational letter, letter of recommandation from your boss (implying you won't get fired soon). Even if you're salary is quite enough, having a "guarantor" is always a good thing (I did not).

In the end is usually come to luck, unfortunately I don't have any contact in the agency that I could help you with, but I wish you the best of luck.

Also it seems it's a bit easier to find something around Prilly.
