Good restaurant in the Lausanne area

We have friends coming over from the UK and we will be meeting them for lunch in Lausanne. We would like to find a good restaurant, but not super expensive, with a terrace and view of the lake. We have lots to catch up on, so somewhere not too stuffy, but where the food is good. Can anyone sugget a nice place to go?

Try cafe des Bouchers, excellent meat

The Café de Amis in Morges (yes I know, it's not Lausanne ;-) is nice as well. The Fleur du Lac (same place), is slightly more expensive, but the terrace is fabulous, and as for the food...!
