Ladies and gentlemen, I am an expact thinking of making an investment in Suisse, I have been in the hospitality and event industry, I know this may sound strange, but I need to know what legalrequirements I need to have in order to do so. I was approached to buy a restaurant in Suisse and the price seems a bit reasonable, so I have the thought in my mind; but me being here as a student just want to know what issues I might have. If someone may guide me to this information it would be extremley helpful.

I am very interested and hope someone can help me find a way in order to do so. I am a student and will continue my courses, but will also have to be able to know what will happen to my visa or permit if it is done. Being an Indian, it comes to knowledge that it is difficult to do so, and might have legal issues in order to have this done. 

Please aid me, I do have a couple of investors who are Egyptian too, so it is a partnership we are trying to hold, but advice of this manner would be very much appreciated.
