We rented a house and a month in we started having issues - the list keeps increasing and the speed at which they want to fix the isuses is slow to non existant....
We signed for more than a year and we still have a while to go - do we have any recousre to terminate based on house not meeting our expecations....

go to ASLOCA which is the association of renters they know everything that you can do. I think u must sign in for a small fee a year, but might be worth it.
