I just moved to Lausanne and work in a hospital, so almost no time to look for an appartment with at least 2,5 - 3 rooms, with a sunny balcony and/or terrace. Non-smokers and no animals. If it is close to the lake it would be a big plus. My partner and I would like to move in April, but if it is a great place the date can be discussed.
