Flyroom sounds good to me.
To me 'fly' has a suggestion of brevity, speed & something maybe not permanent. Like a 'flyby' is just a quick fly past something. And 'flytipping' is (quick) dumping of goods somewhere. So if this is for short term flatmates it could be great.
It doesn't suggest the insect to me.
Just my 2c!!

Good point from Kath. I didn't think of that before, but it's true "fly" gives the feeling of something fast and temporary

“Fly by night” also conveys the impression of unreliable, not trustworthy.
