I'm sick of Annecy and Geneva. I don't like to choose between rich ski kids, hipsters and dreadlocks dancing to African (l'usine).

I'd like to find a wild place to go that wouldn't burn the wallet of someone earning Euros. Preferably in Lausanne. A good old american rave enviroment would be perfect. People of loose morals and open attitudes who go party to party with others.Not just stay in their click and dance in circles.

Any of the more adventurous found this type of place? I don't mind of there is some light drug use, but l'usine seams a bit like a heroin dive to me. Seams there are only two classes here, refined and very low.

If you like electro-rave music, you can try "La Ruche" near Chauderon, best music you can get from my point of view.

Buzz club (a bit too crowded on week end) has a free entrance and drinks a bit cheaper than most clubs (explains the crowd), and you can find pretty much anyone there, from the 18y kid to the 30+, but it's one of those rare places where you can go and just dance and have fun and meet other people, as it's not the poshy princess place.

Jagger's is a bit the same as Buzz, with less top 100 music and more stupid stuff not your usual dress-to-impress people over there too.

There is a cool place that is by the train station. It is called La Gosse du Quebec. It is owned by Quebeqoi (sp) and a pretty cool hang. There are 2 pool table which I enjoy using, but just like many places, it takes a lot of patients to break into any social circles if you aren't already with one; I know I am finding that to be hard.
