Would you consider to do a course? I know one great school here in Lausanne that I can recommend you. I’ve been there for 1 month and I really feel a progress.

Now some of my friends is willing to start an evening course (2 times per week, Tuesday and Thursday, 18:30 to 20:00). But there is not enough people to start it.
In any case, they also have an intensive course 4 hourse per day, 5 days per week. May be it can be even more useful for you, if you really want to learn french.
