hi rany, why not do a reality check. put an ad in the local newspaper, and on the internet,  and say you are looking for a person who has all the skills and qualities you have for the position that you would like to find. when you receive all the replies, you will see what you are up against, and wheather or not it is really worth your effort and expense to fight that uphill battle.

as Sun Tzu says in the art of war, "know your enemy"

Hello Epicure, I did many interviews and all of them where perfect but the issue is that I don't have the work permit as I am not from the european Union and it is strictly forbiden for Non-european to work there unless you find an interantional company! I did big reaserch and I met many CEO'S and always I gut the same answer!

It is really strange!

rany, this is very true. in switzerland presently, non EU citizens have hardly any chance to receive an authorization for a work permit, unless you can show some singular skill or knowledge that presently no other person in the EU is able to deomonstrate. some companies may make this effort but with the number of EU citizens who are already on the job market, they are reluctant to want to make this effort for non EU persons. unless you personally know someone who will "jump througth all of these hoops" to promote your application, it may be very difficult. but nothing is impossible, so start to network and you may find such a contact.

best wishes to to you.
