Re: Looking for physiotherapist
Post 1

Hi Jan, I am not a physiotherapist but I attended a couple of amatorial/semi-professional courses of antistress and thai massage. I also attended a lomilomi and basic shiatsu course, but I am not proficient in those. I have a good touch, I have been told by the teacher and the course members. I can only touch healthy people (so no one with any phisical illness) who believe some stratching and nerve/muscle relaxation can be beneficial for the body and allows it to "fix" itself. I don't know if this might help you. Thank you, Francesca

There is a really god osteopath, David Gay.

For me, osteopaths do Miracles!!!

Most insurances cover natural medicine (depends on your choices, you should check it).

If you are looking for a physio you have web page: www.physioswiss.ch

There you can find someone not far away from your place.

The best for low back pain is osteo doing some manual manipulations and pyhsio doing Maitland technique. Indeed in scientific reviews is showed that Yoga is the best practice to prevent low back pain. It strenghts deep muscles, rebalance muscles and help you to learn how to breath properly.
