Hello!
As you probably know, there is a photo group in Lausanne. 
The last meeting where in restaurants or bars where we got good food and nice drinks but it was not really possible to work on the photos or discuss about some issues with the camera..
Now I need some help. Maybe someone knows a place with a beamer, table etc, where we can meet to go forward with the photogroup and make "real" training sessions.

All,
Andreas and I were discussing this topic earlier. My thought is that meeting/lecture space at UNIL or EPFL would be ideal. However, I think that we would need someone to sponsor the group who is involved with these institutions at a staff/faculty level, assuming that our use of their space could even be an option.

I live in Etoy. If you don't mind the drive, I can host a potluck dinner/drink. I have a white wall and a big table... 10 people can fit or 12 if we squeeze... might need to borrow a few chairs... 
(could be the occasion to see if I have some nice neighbours...).
Then all we need is your skills and enthusiasm... How does it sound? Problem solved?

I have 3-4 rooms available at Lausanne gare making up around 140 m2 of space.. There is also a ''kitchen'' area but this consists of just a sink and a microwave.
I have around 30 chairs and a few tables.
I can offer the whole area for your group for 15 CHf an hour. It's available anytime of day or in the evening if you wish.
