Damien: first, welcome to glocals.
Second, while it's not Lausanne, linaa has been hosting "Russian Friends" gatherings in Geneva for about a year. There was one on Thursday. Check the listings for the next one.
Third, you might have more success by actually *posting* the activity that you seek. Pick a place and day/time and invite people to join you.
I've heard recently that the glocals community in Lausanne is pretty quiet, so this could be your chance to liven it up a bit! In fact, this would be a perfectly good time to organize a Старий Новый год or something like that. Is there a russian cuisine restaurant in Lausanne? Maybe you could hook up with them?.....
