Hello,
I am looking to learn conversational French and would very much like to meet someone who would be willing to spend a little time to help me. I'm not thinking something very formal, sit down and write vocabulary. Perhaps, more along the lines of meeting for coffee and exchanging knowledge etc...
I think that languge exchange is a brilliant way to meet people and to learn a new language, currently I am hopeless in my knowledge of French, so PLEASE help!

That sounds good, to be honest I was thinking of the same thing depending on how many people reply to this thread. It would be good to get some people together for a coffee and swap languages. There is also a similar group doing this called tea and cookies or something like that... but I kind of wanted to look further afield to see what else is out there lol!
