My husband and I are English speakers who moved to Geneva a year ago. We are both learning French (slowly!) but need someone to practise with who will correct us. One or both of us would love to meet up with you - and it would be nice to connect with a Swiss person in our age group...
We live in Geneva, but it's no problem to pop out to Lausanne.
